Ariana Grace Lewis, 14, of Indianola, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at University of Mississippi Medical Center, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Ariana was born February 6, 2008, in Indianola. She had just completed the 8 ^th grade at Humphreys Academy. Ariana was a cheerleader and she played softball and tennis. She loved TikTok, Snapchat, and Taki's and was an expert at putting her makeup on perfectly. Ariana lived life to the fullest and was always happy and smiling. She loved spending time with her friends and family. Ariana was a member of First Baptist Church in Belzoni.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Judy Lewis; grandfathers, John T. Haltom and Billy Joe Mitchell; and great grandparents, Billy Ray and Ann Monk.

Ariana is survived by her parents, Junior and Carrie Haltom Lewis of Indianola, Laura and Larry Session of Jackson, and John Lewis of Greenville; grandparents, James Lewis of Isola, Terry Haltom of Indianola, and Jean Mitchell of Indianola; five brothers, Gauge Gordon, John Haltom Gordon both of Indianola, Larry Joe Lewis, Troy Leon Session, and Cole D. Session all of Jackson; four sisters, Sharla Session, Kyra Session, Kira Session, and Shira Session all of Jackson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. A second visitation will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Belzoni. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. George Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Greencrest Gardens. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
