Barbara Ann Goss, 77, of Sunflower, passed away peacefully Monday, June 24, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett, Tennessee. Barbara was born August 20, 1946, in O'Reilly, to George Thomas Ray and Lilly Bell Barrett Ray. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Charles Nelson Goss and Alvie Lee Goss, Jr.; and daughter, Kathy Goss. Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Alvie Lee Goss of Sunflower; son, Jimmy Ray of Cleveland; grandson, Cody Ray of Cleveland; sister, Jewel Nabors of Tunica; sister-in-law, Rosie Ray of Boyle; and two brothers-in-law, Noel Goss of Vancleave and William Goss of Greenwood. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
