Bobbie Ruth Holloway Ellis, 77, of Inverness, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021, at Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Indianola. Bobbie was born November 14, 1943, in Linn, Mississippi, to Andrew Claude Holloway and Ivy Nora White Holloway. She was a homemaker. Ms. Ellis was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John William Ellis; and one sister, Nellie Nobles. She is survived by her five children, Glenda (Doak) Fulgham of Inverness, Debbie (Jerry) Sandifer of Renova, Wayne (Jennifer) Ellis of St. Charles, Illinois, Brenda (Tim) Walker of Carrollton, and Pattie (Amos) Wood of Belzoni; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
