Charles Lee Haven, 62, of Boyle, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Delta Health System Medical Center in Greenville.

Charles was born on November 26, 1963, in Tunica to Dick and Louise Belcher Haven. He spent most of his life in Tunica before making his home in Boyle two years ago. He worked for many years as a truck driver before owning and operating his own wrecker service.

Charles loved fishing, spending time outdoors, and sharing stories with his beloved nephew, William Mills, whom he loved as a son. He also cherished his cat, Silver. Charles was a member of First Baptist Church of Boyle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Louise Haven; his wife, Teresa Haven; and his brothers, Jack Haven and Jerry Haven.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters, Patsy Boyer of Inverness and Barbara VanWinters (Kenny) of Boyle; one brother, Howard Haven of Tunica; his special nephew, William Mills; and a host of other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later time.

Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with the arrangements.
