Everette Kimbriel "Rett" Williams, III of Inverness died Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Rett was born August 5, 1990 in Greenville, Mississippi. He was a graduate of Indianola Academy and was employed with Gary Flying Service in Inverness. Rett was a very loving and attentive father, son, and grandson.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Everette K. Williams, Sr.; uncle, Edgar Butler Smith, IV; aunt, Kimberly Neal Smith; cousins, Edgar Butler Smith, V and Emily Britt Smith; and his son, Christopher Matthew Williams.

Rett leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Elizabeth and Daniel Kunefke of Inverness and Everette K. Williams, Jr. of Doddsville; grandparents, Edgar B. Smith, III and Dianne W. Smith of Inverness, C.H. and Janice Kunefke of Inverness, Alice S. Williams of Moorhead and Faye Williams of Doddsville; his beloved daughter, Natalie Blake Williams of Inverness and her mother Lauren Hiter of Shaw.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 3:00 pm until the 4:00 pm funeral service at First Baptist Church in Inverness. Burial will follow in Lehrton Cemetery in Ruleville. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola is in charge of arrangements.
