Glorice Weaver, 55, of Batesville, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. She was born in Shaw and was the daughter of James Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Allred, who preceded her in death.

Glorice enjoyed life! She loved her family and friends, and enjoyed shopping. She was a happy person who got along with everyone. Glorice was Baptist by faith.

Glorice leaves to cherish her memory her foster parents, Noel "Junior" and Nell Grant; daughters, Lenora Holloway Donahue of Inverness, Christin Renee Holloway of Grenada; sisters, Patsy Jackson (Buddy) of Shaw, Bernice Miller (Bobby) of Courtland; grandchildren, Cody Black, Dustin Stroud, Blake Holloway, Meri Addyson Donahue; and niece Karen Cummins (Andy) and their daughter, Ali.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm funeral service at Burton Funeral Home.
