Forrest City
Hiram Windell "Winn" Hill, Jr., 66, of Forrest City, Arkansas, and formerly of Indianola, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, at his home.
Winn was born June 28, 1959, in Indianola, to Hiram and Barbara Brantley Hill. He was an outstanding high school athlete and excelled in basketball and track. Winn will be remembered for his unusual sense of humor. To him, everything was a joke, even the old green Lincoln Town Car he drove. He enjoyed woodworking and often built birdhouses for his family and friends. Winn was an animal lover and was devoted to his cat, Paris Hilton, and his dog, My Dog.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hiram W. Hill.
Winn is survived by his mother, Barbara Brantley Hill of Indianola; two brothers, Mitchell (Deven) Hill of Indianola and Hardy (Jennifer) Hill of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; and one sister, Helen-Ann Hill (Lance Pabst) of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 10:00 am until 10:30 am in the chapel at First Methodist Church in Indianola. A family memorial service will follow at 10:30 am. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
