Obituary

Jack Kellis Triplett, 74, of Lake Village, Arkansas, and formerly of Moorhead, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023, at Delta Health – The Medical Center in Greenville.

Jack was born September 7, 1948, in Macon, to John Cecil and Lillie Mae Bushlan Triplett. He was a decorated United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. Jack was an entrepreneur and owner of TNT Auto Sales/Wrecker Service in Moorhead. There was never a job too big or small for Jack. He was a consummate perfectionist. Jack was loved by his family, and he loved his family very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillie Triplett and one brother, James Maxwell Triplett.

Jack is survived by his significant other, Gail Williams of Lake Village, Arkansas; four children, Jeanie Alvarado (Luz) of Arab, Alabama, John Glenn Triplett (Denise) of Moorhead, Jacqueline Kay Quinn (Michael) of Marion, Kentucky, and Jack Kellis Triplett, Jr. (Katey) of Sunflower; eleven grandchildren, Cristian Alvarado, Alyssa Breanne Alvarado, Casey James Triplett, Corey Lee Triplett, Guy Mitchell Triplett, Madison Olivia "Maddie" Triplett, Dakota Sean Triplett, Kenneth Glenn Smith, Kyle Thomas Smith, Raylee Elizabeth Triplett, and Harper Grace Triplett; and four great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am with Rev. Trey Pearce officiating. Burial will follow in Moorhead Cemetery. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
