Paul Darryl Rochelle, 71, of Indianola, passed away Monday, May 5, 2025, at North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville.

Darryl was born July 19, 1953, in Indianola to Paul and Mavis Jones Rochelle. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. His favorite times were spent at hunting camp with his friends and his son, David. Darryl attended Mississippi State University and worked as a loan officer prior to his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Rickey Rochelle, and son, Paul Darryl Rochelle, Jr.

Darryl is survived by his son, David Rochelle (Ashley) of Petal; two brothers, Brian Rochelle (Nesa) of Cleveland and Robert Rochelle (Christy) of Southaven; two granddaughters, Norah and Neala Rochelle; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola with Bro. Coy Rice and Bro. David Dean officiating. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
