Rebecca Burnham Mills, affectionately known as Beckie, 67, of Indianola, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola. Rebecca was born in Canton and was the daughter of Ray Otis and Gladys Bankston Burnham. She was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church in Indianola and loved spending time with her family and friends.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Todd. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Cindy Watkins and husband Rick of Indianola; brother, Wayne Burnham and wife Jan of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Beth Burnham of Sunflower; grandchildren, Casey Montgomery, Melissa Purvis, Brittanie Montgomery, Blaine Montgomery; and great grandchildren, Madelyn Purvis, Cason Purvis and Avery Moore.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 6, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. memorial service at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
