Robert Eugene Clark, Jr. (Rob), 57, of Dunwoody, GA died unexpectedly in his sleep Sunday, June 5, 2022.

A native of Moorhead, MS, he was a son of Robert Clark, Sr. (Bob) and Millie Stonestreet Clark. Rob was the grandson of Robert and Sybil Clark and J.D and Nell Stonestreet.  He was employed as a Sr. Auditor for the U.S. Department of Education. Rob was a member of Moorhead Baptist Church and an Eagle Scout.  He was a graduate of Indianola Academy. After high school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and attended a year of law school at the University of Mississippi, before subsequently earning dual masters in Finance and Accounting at Mercer University in Atlanta.

Survivors include his parents; Bob and Millie Clark; his partner, James Joseph Ward (Joe) of Dunwoody; a brother, Jim Clark of McGee, MS; a sister, Vicki Tabb (Robert), of Sunflower, MS; a sister, Teresa Gray (Doyle) of Crossville, TN; a niece, Amanda Tabb, of Memphis, TN; a nephew, Dalton Tabb of Sunflower, MS; and a nephew, Spencer Wooten (Faith), of Crossville, TN.

Rob enjoyed traveling, caring for his beloved cats, playing scrabble, cards and board games with family, spending quality time with friends, pulling pranks, enjoying music and movies, and following collegiate and Olympic-level gymnastics.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 10 ^th , at 12:00 pm until the memorial service at 1:00 pm at Moorhead Baptist Church in Moorhead, MS. Dr. Allen Snowden, a family friend, will officiate. A celebration of his life will also be held later in Atlanta, GA.
