Obituary

Sheldon Michael Redwine, 41, of McCarley, and formerly of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Sheldon was born February 25, 1979, in Greenville to Harold Wayne Redwine and Tammy Sullivan Redwine. He worked for many years as a welder for Nicholson Propeller. Sheldon was a loving father, son, and brother. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Sheldon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles Troy Sullivan, Sr. and Gloria Fratesi Sullivan; and his paternal grandfather, Bobby Ray Redwine. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Harold and Tammy Redwine of McCarley; paternal grandmother, Frances Matthews Redwine; daughter, Landrie Alise Redwine of Hernando; brother, Christopher Wayne (Laura) Redwine of Greenville; sister, Ashley Nicole (Kyley) Ingram of McCarley; one niece, Emma Grace Redwine; two nephews, Charles Layne McIntire and Karson Harold Ingram; uncles, Calvin (Lee) Redwine of Mantee, Steven (Chandra) Redwine of Leland, Billy (Wendy) Redwine of Leland, Pee Wee (Jacki) Redwine of Cleveland, and Danny (Kristy) Redwine of Cleveland, Charles "Chuck" (Doris) Sullivan of Leland, Ronny (Kaye) Sullivan of Leland, Mike (Pam) Sullivan of Caraway, Arkansas, and Robert (Laura) Sullivan of Leland; and aunt, Debbie Tharp of Greenville; and a host of cousins. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 19, 2020, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 20, 2020, Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton. Masks will be required.
