Vicki Downs Brocato, 67, of Ruleville, passed away, Saturday, February 13, 2021, at North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville.

Vicki was born August 31, 1953, to Pervis and Lucille Downs. She received her master's degree in social work from Delta State University and worked as a social worker until her retirement. She was a loving mother and a true and faithful friend to many.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John David Brocato; and one brother, Timothy Downs.

She is survived by two sons, Jack Brocato of Noble, Oklahoma and Lucas (Sarah) Brocato of Sulphur, Oklahoma; brother, Eddie (Carolyn) Downs of Star City, Arkansas; and two grandsons, Zachery and Xavier Brocato.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
