Wai Ying Wong Jue, 83, of Indianola, passed away Friday, August 17, 2018 at Allegiance Specialty Hospital in Greenville.

Mrs. Jue was born October 5, 1934 in China. She married Fong Young Jue and together, they made their home in Indianola. She owned and operated Young's Market in Indianola for over 60 years.

Mrs. Jue was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; and her husband, Fong Young Jue.

She is survived by three daughters, Eileen Jue of Forrest City, California, Ruth Jue of Indianola, and Anne Jue of Indianola; two sons, Peter Jue and his wife Frances of Southaven, and Danny Jue of Southaven; one brother, Kwok Wong of Daly City, California; one sister, Mei Lum of British Columbia, Canada; and four grandchildren, Phillip Jue of Boston, Massachusetts, Joshua Jue, Daniel Jue, and Lilah Jue all of Southaven.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm funeral service at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will follow in Indianola City Cemetery. Burton Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
