William Alan Britt, 50, of Indianola, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at his home.

Alan was born on September 12, 1975, in Hollandale, to William Ellis Britt and Donna Mitchell Britt Peeples. He worked as a catfish farmer for many years. Alan enjoyed drawing and sweet tea. He would do anything to help anyone.

Alan was preceded in death by his father, William Ellis Britt.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Peeples of Indianola; maternal grandfather, Ronnie Wylie (Ann) of Leland; two sons, William Tyler Britt and Eric Michael Britt (Ashton), both of Richland; and one grandson, Liam Britt.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm, at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
