Willie Earl Brock, 67, of Indianola, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola.

Earl was born August 10, 1949 in Sulfur Springs, Texas and was the son of Wilma Loyce Vestal Brock. He married the love of his life, Regina Whitten Brock in 1970 and together they made their home in Indianola. Earl worked for many years as a painter until his retirement in 2002. He was a member of Roundaway Baptist Church in Doddsville.

Earl was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Loyce Vestal Brock and brother, Jerry Brock.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 46 years, Regina Whitten Brock; three children, Jerimey Brock of Doddsville, Tangi Truelove and her husband Jammey of Doddsville, and Jonathan Brock and his wife Amanda of Indianola; one brother, Billy Brock and his wife Mary of Shaw; eight grandchildren, Christian Brock, Ronin Brock, Tyler Truelove, Jessica Sappington, Hayden Truelove, Sterlin Brock, Madyson Brock, and Emma Kay Brock; and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 2:00 pm until the 3:00 pm memorial service at Roundaway Baptist Church, 776 Steiner Road, Doddsville, MS. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola is in charge of arrangements.
