Wing On Quon, 81, of Inverness, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020, at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola. He was born August 6, 1938, in China, to Gordon Quon and Set Yang Pon Quon. Wing was the owner of Pon and Company in Inverness since 1962. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Dexter Quon. Wing is survived by his wife, Shuet Kuen "Lee" Quon of Inverness; two sons, Willie Quon and his wife Christina of Phoenix, Arizona, and Raymond Quon and his wife Chengiu Chen Quon of Tucson, Arizona; five grandchildren, Nicholas Quon, Karilyn Quon, Benjamin Quon, Alexander Quon, and Christophe Quon; two brothers, Don Quon and his wife Lilly of Melrose, Massachusetts, and Shun Wing Quon and his wife Jane Jue of Saratoga, California; one sister, Xuepo Zhou of Toronto, Canada; and sister in law, Esther Quon of Oxford. The family will have a private graveside service Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at Moorhead Cemetery in Moorhead. Rev. Ray Bridges will officiate.
